Our requirements
Mandatory

1. At least 5 years of experience as a trainer in large companies.
2. Experience in creating training programs from scratch.
3. Computer literacy.
4. English language proficiency: at least C1 level (training delivery in English required).
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills; positive thinking.
6. Ability to quickly and effectively search for and systematize information and work with open data sources.
7. High performance and ambition, ability to work under tight deadlines and changing conditions.
8. Planning skills and ability to independently organize the work process.
9. Willingness to make reasoned decisions and show initiative.

1. Specialized education; courses (business trainer, organizational coaching).

Responsibilities

1. Participation in the development of the Learning center.
2. Develop and manage soft skills training programs for staff in line with the company's goals and strategy.
3. Creating and conducting on-demand training.
4. Building and maintaining a database of training providers for the company.
5. Conducting an assessment of employee training needs and developing corresponding training plans.
6. Organization of training sessions, seminars, and workshops adapted to the needs of different departments and employee levels.
7. Participation in managing internal and external trainers, ensuring their effective work and professional development.
8. Communicate with external training providers, monitor the training progress, and develop development plans based on the training results.
9. Assessment of training effectiveness and development of measures to improve educational programs.
10. Interact with other departments to ensure that training meets the company's business needs.
11. Implementing new methods and technologies in the learning process to increase its effectiveness and accessibility.
12. Creation of training courses for employees weekly, monthly, or annually: online and offline.
13. Participation in the creation and implementation of a personnel evaluation system.

Job Description: As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales training programs for different departments (including Customer Relations and Affiliate Department). Your goal will be to enhance the sales skills and performance of our team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to achieve their targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs and materials: online and offline.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new and existing sales staff.
• Assess the training needs of the sales team and create customized training plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Most of the training sessions will be conducted in English, so a C1 level of proficiency is required.
